Let me first start by saying that if wasn't for Edwin Alfaro I would have not sold my property. Edwin is the most professional real estate agent I have work with, he is the most attentive agent who make himself available 24/7 making sure the process is smooth even during rocky times. The closing of the property I sold moved three times, once because of repairs that needed to get done from my side after re-inspection, the other two from the buyer and getting the final steps of the loan approve from the lender. During this time we did not hear from the buyer's agent and had no idea if we were going to close, however Edwin went above and beyond doing the buyer’s agent work by contacting the buyers loan officer and helping getting things move. It was a bit stress but because Edwin was on top of things and has so much experience in the real estate business he gave me confidence that it was going to be fine and in no time we were able to closed. Edwin should of gotten commission from the buyer as well because if it wasn't for him this would of not happen for either of us. I highly recommend Edwin Alfaro because you are going to get the best agent on your side who is extremely experience in this business and will be there for you until the end.
